For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the jps88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jps88 or any other gambling platform from which jps88 accepts data-sharing arrangements.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or organisation when registering or using the Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of jps88, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You must be registering for your own personal recreational use only — commercial use, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, and professional arbitrage betting are prohibited.

jps88 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to refuse service to any individual without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal, subject to applicable law.

To create a jps88 Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid date of birth, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, an active email address, and your preferred payment method details.

One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the jps88 Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, email address, or payment method used. jps88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balance held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. jps88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jps88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, and at jps88's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit identity and address verification documents. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport
• Bank account statement or utility bill confirming your registered address (issued within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership or authorisation for any payment method used on the Account

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by jps88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. jps88 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Supported Payment Methods: jps88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account tier and jurisdiction within Indonesia.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account Balance. jps88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Delays beyond this window should be reported to customer support with the relevant transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the verified identity on your jps88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.

Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance windows, or pending KYC review. jps88 will communicate any delays proactively via your registered contact details.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once on any eligible game or market. This requirement does not apply to Bonus Balance funds, which are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. jps88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal request.

jps88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting, togel) are specified in the promotion terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation.
• Minimum Odds: Where sports betting wagering requirements apply, minimum qualifying odds may be specified. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Evidence of systematic multi-account bonus abuse will result in Account closure.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.

jps88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

All games available on the jps88 Platform — including slot games, live casino titles, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or product section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.

Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jps88 Platform and may result in Account suspension, voiding of affected bets, and permanent closure:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Members or with dealer staff in live casino games
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt wagering activity
• Placing wagers that, in jps88's reasonable assessment, constitute systematic arbitrage designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly known as "arbing")
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls

Bet Acceptance: jps88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced, where an obvious pricing error is identified, or where the platform detects unusual betting patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

Game Results: The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for software-based games, and by physical studio processes for live casino games. jps88 does not alter, influence, or have any ability to manipulate the outcome of any certified game. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the specific disconnection policy for that game, as documented within the game interface.

jps88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that enable Members to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all verified Account holders directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount of real money you load onto the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary restriction on your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which deposits and wagering are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

jps88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Failure to satisfy age verification requirements
• Evidence of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 6
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or e-wallet provider
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant

Upon Account closure initiated by jps88 for cause, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited in full. Real Money Balance may be returned to the Member following the completion of any outstanding investigations, at jps88's discretion. Where Account closure is voluntary and initiated by the Member, the verified Real Money Balance will be processed as a final withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 10.000 per month may be applied to dormant Account Balances. jps88 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying dormancy fees. The Account holder may reactivate the Account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

All Intellectual Property on the jps88 Platform — including but not limited to the jps88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of jps88 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from jps88
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software
• Use the jps88 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any portion of the Platform without prior written authorisation

Any use of jps88 Intellectual Property beyond the scope of the limited licence granted above is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jps88, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or disconnection events outside jps88's reasonable control
• Any financial loss resulting from your reliance on information, game statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages
• Loss of data resulting from hardware failure, cyber-attack, or other events constituting force majeure

Where jps88 is found liable notwithstanding the above, its aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

jps88 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jps88 collects personal data for the purposes of Account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. jps88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jps88 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. jps88 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits jps88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of matters involving Intellectual Property rights, fraud, or other matters for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy.

jps88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to deposit/withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — jps88 will provide reasonable advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendments were made.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your Real Money Balance before the effective date of the amendment.
